What is Sweet Zzz Return Policy?

We want to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be shopping with us, so returns are super easy with Sweet Zzz.
Please see the specific return section for each item bellow. Everything is explained in easy steps.

Sweet Zzz Honey Hybrid Mattresses

Your new Sweet Zzz Honey Hybrid mattress comes with a 100-night return policy. To initiate a mattress reurn request, simply call us at 800-811-7514 and a customer service representative will walk you through the return process. You do not need to keep the box or the bag of the mattress.

Please see mattress return details below:

- A minimum of 30 days sleep trial must pass before a customer can innisiate return request.
- For sustainability purposes, a $99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Please make sure the mattress is in a condition suitable for donation. No stains, pet hair, tears, or excessive odors.
- A total of 4 photos must be sent to our email info@sweetzzzmattress.com from different angles and Sweet Zzz will decide if the mattress is suitable for donation at our sole discretion.
- Only one mattress return/exchange per customer/household is accepted.
- The sleep trial is voided if the mattress was not taken out of the box within 30 days after delivery.
- The mattress must be on a proper foundation or the sleep trial is voided. The bed frame used must have no greater than 5-inches of space between each slat. The width of each slat must be no less than 2.5-inches.
- We want to make sure that you use your trial to the fullest, so your trial only begins after your item is delivered.

What Happens to a Returned Mattress?

Returned mattresses are donated to charities as part of our giving back. In some rare cases, if there are no charities near you that accept large items, we will have the mattress picked up for an eco-friendly recycling. Rest assured, no returned mattresses will be resold or reused in any case.

Adjust to Amazing Sleep

Most people love their new Sweet Zzz Honey Hybrid mattress the first night. Sometimes the adjustment period is longer. So we simply ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 nights to make sure you've experienced the best it has to offer.

Plant-Based Pillows

Our Plant-based pillows come with a 50-night return policy. After we receive the items back, we will give you a refund minus the return-shipping fee. No returns will be accepted if the wrong size was ordered. Please note that the items must be returned undamaged and clean (no stains, tears, or excessive odors) and in the original packaging with all the bags, tags, and boxes. Only two plant-based pillows return/exchange per customer or household is allowed. No more than 30 days are allowed for the completion of the return after the request has been submitted. Please send us 2 photos of the item and 1 photo of the outside packaging and include your order # when emailing us about your return. Buckwheat Pillows

Our Buckwheat pillows come with a 50-night return policy. After we receive the items back, we will give you a refund minus the return-shipping fee. No returns will be accepted if the wrong size was ordered. Please note that the items must be returned undamaged and clean (no stains, tears, or excessive odors) and in the original packaging with all the bags, tags, and boxes. Only two Buckwheat pillow return/exchange per customer or household is allowed. No more than 30 days are allowed for the completion of the return after the request has been submitted. Mattress protectors

Our Mattress Protectors come with a 50-night return policy. After we receive the items back, we will give you a refund minus the return-shipping fee. No returns will be accepted if the wrong size was ordered. Our Sheets come with a 50-night return policy. After we receive the items back, we will give you a refund minus the return-shipping fee. No returns will be accepted if the wrong size was ordered. Weighted Blankets

Our weighted blankets come with a 50-nights return policy. After we receive the items back, we will give you a refund minus the return-shipping fee. Please note that the blanket must be returned undamaged and clean (no stains, tears, or excessive odors) and in the original packaging. It may take time for you to get used to your new blanket so we do require a minimum of 7 nights before you can initiate return. One weighted blanket return/exchange per customer or household. No more than 30 days are allowed for the completion of the return after the request has been submitted.
