We believe buying sleep products online should feel safe and stress-free. That’s why we offer generous at-home trials and free returns on eligible products — so you can try everything properly, in your own space.

Mattress Sleep Trial (Honey Hybrid Mattress)

Your Sweet Zzz Honey Hybrid mattress comes with a 100-night sleep trial, so you have plenty of time to see how it feels at home.

How the sleep trial works

● The sleep trial begins once your mattress is delivered.

● We ask that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before starting a return or exchange. This gives your body time to adjust.

● You do not need to keep the original box or packaging.

If you decide it’s not the right fit

To start a return or exchange, simply email info@sweetzzzmattress.com

with your order number.

Please note:

● Only one mattress return or exchange per customer or household is permitted.

● The mattress must be in clean, donation-ready condition (no stains, pet hair, tears, or strong odors).

● We’ll ask for four photos of the mattress from different angles to confirm eligibility.

● We’ll help you arrange donations at no cost to you. In the extremely rare cases, if you're unable to donate the mattress yourself and we need to arrange a team to pick it up from your home, a ninety nine dollar pickup fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

Important usage requirements

To remain eligible for the sleep trial:

● The mattress must be removed from the box within 30 days of delivery.

● The mattress must be used on a proper foundation or bed frame with:

○ No more than 5 inches between slats

○ Slats at least 2.5 inches wide

Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your mattress, we’ll help coordinate the process so it’s as easy as possible. In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

The following products include a 50-night at-home trial:

● Plant-Based Pillows

● Buckwheat Pillows

● Mattress Protectors

● Sheets

● Mattress Pads

● Weighted Blankets

● White Noise Machines

How returns work

● Returns are free — no return shipping fees.

● Returns must be requested within the 50-night trial window.

● Once approved, returns must be completed within 30 days.

● Items must be returned clean and undamaged, with no stains, tears, or strong odors.

● Original packaging, tags, and inserts must be included.

● Returns or exchanges for sheets, protectors, and toppers are limited to one per customer/household and two for pillows.

● Items are not eligible for return due to ordering the wrong size.

● One photo of the outside packaging

Adjustable Bases

Adjustable bases are not eligible for sleep trials or comfort-based returns. Because adjustable bases are functional products (not comfort items) and can be used with any mattress, all adjustable base sales are final unless otherwise required by law or if arrived damaged.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days.
