When will I get my Bedding delivered after I place the order?
We ship our bedding items within 1-2 business days. Then they get delivered within 1-5 business days. We ship all of our bedding for free within the contiguous United States. -

When will I get my mattress delivered after I place the order?
We ship our mattresses within 3-5 business days. Then they get delivered within 3-7 business days.

We ship all of our bedding and mattresses for free within the contiguous United States. Canada customers will pay extra for shipping. -

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it, what can I do?
Here are some steps you can take:
Please check around the building. Sometimes delivery people will leave the package hidden if they feel it’s valuable.
See if there are any missed delivery notes left by the driver.
Some of our customers find out that the delivery people actually left the item with a neighbor by mistake. See if your neighbors stashed the item for you somewhere.
If you live in an apartment, condo, or gated community please check with the front office or property management. If the delivery people were unable to leave the package at your door, they might have left it at the office. Or they might have left the missing delivery notice there as well.
Sometimes, the delivery driver will leave the notice for missed delivery in your mailbox
