At Sweet Zzz, we're committed to making your mattress experience as smooth as possible. Our In-Home Setup & Removal services ensure that setting up your new mattress or removing your old one is hassle-free. After your mattress is delivered curbside via UPS, our professional team will handle the rest, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
We Offer 3 Flexible Options to Fit Your Needs:
In-Home Setup Only
Our team will arrive at your home after your mattress delivery, unpack it, and set it up in your chosen location. We’ll also take care of all packaging materials. This service does not include removal of your old products.
Removal Only
If you only need your old mattress removed, we’ve got you covered. Our team will come by after your new mattress is delivered to take away your old items. We aim to donate or recycle wherever possible. Please note, this service does not include the setup of your new mattress.
In-Home Setup & Removal
Get the full service package. After your new mattress is delivered, our team will not only set up your new bed but also remove your old mattress or bedding products. We’ll take care of everything, including packaging disposal, so you can enjoy your new bed without any hassle.
How Does It Work?
Step 1: Add to Cart
During your shopping experience, simply select your preferred In-Home Setup & Removal service on the mattress product page, right below the add-to-cart button.
Step 2: Schedule Your Service
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to schedule your In-Home Setup & Removal service. We recommend waiting till your mattress is delivered just to be safe.
Step 3: Service Completion
On the scheduled day, our professional team will arrive to complete the services you’ve selected. If your plans change, simply contact us before your appointment to reschedule or cancel.
