Shipping Cost:

Sweet Zzz ships mattresses FREE across the country (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska) in a small compressed box.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

We do ship to Canada, the shipping fee to Canada is $150 per mattress and $40 per pillow. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping to Canada takes between 3 to 4 weeks.

 

Tracking Numbers:

We ship our mattresses within 5-8 business days, then we will provide the FedEx tracking number.

 

 

White Glove Service:   

We offer in-home setup for $149 or set-up and removal for $199. You can add this extra service at check out.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

Upon receiving your product, if you noticed that it was damaged, make sure to notify us within 5 business days. After the 5 business days everything will fall under the warranty of the products.
