Sweet Zzz Mattresses

Your new Sweet Zzz mattress comes with a 100-night risk free trial. If you
didn’t absolutely love your mattress, simply contact us and we’ll give you
a full refund after the mattress is picked up for donation. You do not need to
keep the box or the bag of the mattress. Just make sure the mattress is in a
condition suitable for donation (i.e., no stains, tears, or excessive odors). Only one mattress return/exchange per customer/household is accepted. The sleep trial is voided if the mattress was not taken out of the box for 21 days after delivery.

What Happens to a Returned Mattress?

Returned mattresses are donated to charities as part of our giving back.
In some rare cases, if there are no charities near you that accept large items,
we will have the mattress picked up for an eco-friendly recycling.
Rest assured, no returned mattresses will be resold or reused in any case

When Does My Trial Starts?

We want to make sure that you use your trial to the fullest, so your trial only
begins after your item is delivered.

Adjust to Amazing Sleep

Most people love their new Sweet Zzz mattress the first night.
Sometimes the adjustment period is longer. So we simply ask that you try the mattress
for at least 30 nights to make sure you've experienced the best it has to offer.

Are There Any Restocking Fees or Charges of Any Kind

No. to make sure our trial is truly risk-free, we don’t charge restocking fees.
After your item is returned, you will receive a full refund.

Our trial is completely risk-free, so we do not charge restocking fees or
require you to pay for the return shipment. After your mattress
is picked up for donation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that only one mattress return is allowed per customer, household, and/or delivery address, and only two are allowed in the case of bedding items.

Plant-Based Pillows

Our Plant-based pillows come with a 50-nigh trial. We will give you a full refund after we receive the items back. No returns will be accepted if the wrong size was ordered. Please note that the items must be returned undamaged and clean (no stains, tears, or excessive odors) and in the original packaging. Weighted Blankets

Our weighted blankets come with a 50-nighs trial. If you didn’t absolutely love your weighted blanket, simply contact us and we’ll give you a full refund after the item is returned. please note that the blanket must be returned undamaged and clean (no stains, tears, or excessive odors) and in the original packaging. It may take time for you to get used to your new blanket so we do require a minimum of 7 nights before you can initiate return. Two weighted blanket return/exchange per customer or household.
