Sweet Zzz Mattress Lifetime Warranty

Your Sweet Zzz mattress is built to last for as long as you own it. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is our promise to stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of your mattress—while keeping the process clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Sweet Zzz mattress bought directly from Sweet Zzz or an authorized retailer.
It is not transferable. If the mattress is sold, gifted, or transferred to another person, the warranty ends.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the mattress.

Covered defects include:

● Visible sagging or indentations greater than 1 inch, when measured without any bedding, that are not caused by improper support or misuse.

● Physical flaws in materials (latex, coils, or cover) that cause the mattress to split, crack, or break despite normal use.

If a covered defect is approved, the mattress will be replaced one time, with the same model or the most comparable model currently available.

Foundation Requirements

Your mattress must be supported by a base that is in good condition and provides adequate support. It may be used on:

● Adjustable bases

● Slatted foundations with slats spaced closely enough to support the mattress

● Box springs

● Platform beds

● The floor

Using an unsuitable or damaged foundation may void the warranty.

What Is Not Covered

Normal changes that come with regular use or conditions not caused by a manufacturing defect are not covered. Exclusions include:

● Normal wear and tear.

● Comfort preferences (firmness, softness, height, feel).

● Indentations less than 1 inch.

● Mattress damage caused by an improper foundation or inadequate support.

● Stains, spills, burns, tears, or discoloration.

● Damage from misuse, abuse, or unsanitary conditions.

● Allergies or sensitivities to materials.

● Damage caused by pets, children, or external forces.

● Mattresses purchased from unauthorized sellers.

● Any mattress used for purposes other than sleeping or resting (for example, commercial or rental use).

One-Time Replacement Policy

If a mattress is approved for replacement under this warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled for that mattress.
The replacement mattress does not carry a new lifetime warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, email info@sweetzzzmattress.com with:

1. Your order number and the full name used on the order

2. A brief description of the issue

3. A clear photo or short video showing the problem

We’ll review your submission and respond within 5 business days.

Please keep your proof of purchase. If ownership changes, the warranty ends.

Your Warranty Remedy

If we determine that a defect covered by this warranty exists, your remedy will be:

● A one-time replacement of your mattress with the same model, or

● If the model is no longer available, a comparable mattress selected at our discretion

This warranty does not provide for refunds, credit, or prorated value.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Zzz disclaims all implied warranties beyond the terms stated here.
Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the mattress.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Sweet Zzz Adjustable Base 20-Year Limited Warranty

Your Sweet Zzz Adjustable Base is designed for long-term durability and dependable performance. This 20-Year Limited Warranty outlines what’s covered, how long each component is protected, and how to request service if you ever need it.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Sweet Zzz Adjustable Base bought directly from Sweet Zzz or an authorized retailer.
It is not transferable. If the base is sold or given to someone else, the warranty ends.

Warranty Coverage Overview

Your Adjustable Base includes:

● Years 1–2: Full parts and labor coverage

● Years 3–20: Limited parts-only warranty on the steel frame

Each period offers a different level of protection to reflect how the product naturally wears over time.

First 2 Years — Full Coverage

For the first two years from the date of purchase, Sweet Zzz will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part of the adjustable base at no cost to you, including:

● Motor(s)

● Remote control

● Electronics and internal components

● Mechanical parts

● Labor and transportation needed for repairs

Years 3–20 — Limited Coverage

From year 3 through year 20, coverage applies only to the steel frame of the base.
If the frame fails due to a manufacturing defect, Sweet Zzz will provide replacement frame parts at no charge. Labor, service visits, electronics, and motor-related components are not covered during this period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal aging or conditions outside of manufacturing defects, including:

● Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or improper installation

● Using the base with incompatible foundations or bed frames

● Commercial use

● Cosmetic changes from regular wear

● Damage caused by pets, children, or external forces

● Electrical surges or power issues

● Loss of remote controls

● Any base purchased from an unauthorized seller

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request service, email info@sweetzzzmattress.com with:

1. Your order number and the full name used on the order

2. A brief description of the issue

3. A photo or short video showing the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with next steps.

Please keep your proof of purchase. If ownership changes, the warranty becomes void.

Your Warranty Remedy

If a covered defect is confirmed:

● During the first two years, Sweet Zzz will repair or replace defective parts (including labor).

● From years 3–20, Sweet Zzz will provide replacement frame parts only.

Replacements may be new or refurbished, and may differ slightly from original components based on availability.

This warranty does not entitle you to a refund, new 20-year term, or compensation for incidental costs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sweet Zzz disclaims all implied warranties beyond what is written here.
Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the adjustable base.

Every Sweet Zzz bedding product is designed with durability, comfort, and high-quality materials. Each item comes with its own warranty so you can feel confident about your purchase. All bedding warranties apply to the original purchaser only and include a one-time replacement if a covered defect is confirmed.

Below you’ll find the full warranty details for each bedding product.

Plant-Based Pillow — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Plant-Based Pillow is covered for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered

● Defects in stitching, seams, or internal construction

● Issues with the plant-based fill that result from defective manufacturing

What’s Not Covered

● Minor cosmetic imperfections in the cotton cover

● Normal changes in loft or comfort preferences

● Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or not following care instructions

● Stains, spills, odors, or general wear and tear

If a covered defect is approved, the pillow will be replaced one time with the same or a comparable model.

Buckwheat Pillow — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Although buckwheat pillows naturally last for many years, we guarantee yours for one year against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

● Defects in the pillow casing

● Issues with stitching or internal construction that prevent proper use

What’s Not Covered

● Damage from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions

● Wear and tear, stains, spills, or cosmetic changes

● Replacement of buckwheat hulls due to natural settling

If a defect is confirmed, you are eligible for a one-time replacement.

Bamboo Sheets — Lifetime Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our Bamboo Sheets for as long as you own them. This lifetime warranty protects against manufacturing defects only, provided the sheets were cared for according to instructions.

What’s Covered

● Defects in stitching, seams, or fabric integrity

● Issues present at the time of manufacture

What’s Not Covered

● Damage from washing or drying outside of care guidelines

● Shrinkage, pilling, staining, discoloration, or wear that results from normal use

● Rips, tears, or damage caused by pets, sharp objects, or misuse

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a one-time replacement of the sheet set at no cost and ship it free of charge.

Mattress Protector — 10-Year Limited Warranty

Your Sweet Zzz Mattress Protector comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

● Issues with waterproofing due to defective materials

● Defects in seams or construction

● Fabric defects present at time of manufacture

What’s Not Covered

● Damage from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions

● Stains, cuts, burns, or liquids that penetrate due to misuse

● Normal wear and tear

Approved claims qualify for a one-time replacement of the protector.

Latex Mattress Topper — 2-Year Limited Warranty

The Sweet Zzz Latex Mattress Topper is covered for two years against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered

● Material failures in the latex layer

● Defects in the cotton cover

● Faulty stitching or construction issues

What’s Not Covered

● Comfort preferences or expected softening over time

● Damage from improper handling or incorrect foundation support

● Stains, tears, burns, or misuse

● Failure to follow care guidelines

If covered, the topper will be replaced one time with the same or comparable model.

Cotton Mattress Topper — 5-Year Limited Warranty

Your Cotton Mattress Topper is covered for five years against defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered

● Defective stitching or material flaws present at the time of manufacture

● Construction issues that prevent normal use

What’s Not Covered

● Normal wear and flattening over time

● Damage from improper use or failure to follow care instructions

● Stains, spills, tears, burns, or pet damage

● Any damage or wear caused by misuse

Approved claims qualify for a one-time replacement.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet Zzz disclaims all implied warranties beyond the terms stated above. Our responsibility under each bedding warranty is limited to a one-time replacement of the defective item. Refunds, exchanges for different products, or additional compensation are not provided under these warranties.

In no event shall Sweet Zzz’s total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

These warranties are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
